It is our true pleasure to provide you with our deepest gratitude
in relation to the entire journey through purchasing and closing
our new Dunbury home.
Our first point of entry was a phone call to Dunbury Meadows sales
agents. Andrew and Susan were so approachable, pleasant and open-minded,
my wife and I felt as though we hit gold.
Every question asked was answered swiftly in a very eloquent, professional
manner. Not only did the sales agents provide us with a wonderful
presentation of Dunbury Homes parameters, they sincerely fortified
our trust in themselves, as honest, respectful and hospitable agents.
They made us feel as though we were dealing with "nice people"
who truly wanted to make sure that we acquired everything we considered
important during the journey into our new Dunbury home.
What amazed us was: from time to time we had small questions in
relation to time-lines and certain construction queries.
Bruno ( the Foreman) was almost a clone of the sales agents. This
is the fourth builder I have dealt with, and generally a foreman
carries an iron fist, and has no accessibility or approachability.
Bruno, overwhelmed us with his warm, open-arm policy. He was most
flexible and had such excellent explanations and creative tangents
for us, that we started becoming a little suspicious with how easy
the journey had been to that point.
Well forget about suspicioun! Our home was built Rock-Solid, straigher
than a t-square and upon closing, we acquired an incredibly
warm, clean and heart warming environment.
I do not know how you did it, but, Dunbury Meadows has the highest
level of customer satisfaction in my eyes.
